The Bluegrass Resource Center (BRC) is a 24-hour, seven day per week information, referral and crisis intervention service. BRC is also the centralized access system for individuals seeking services within Bluegrass Comprehensive Services. The staff provides assessment, screening, referral, and scheduling services for all seventeen county outpatient offices.
